Almost exactly one year ago, we had the pleasure of meeting Tomi and Tuukka from Tuning FI magazine from Finland. They saw our LS400 in Las Vegas at the SEMA Show and they asked us if they could shoot it for their magazine. The issue came out and Tuning FI was kind enough to send us some copies. Big shoutout to them and a big thanks for the feature! We also want to take this opportunity to thank our sponsor for their support!
When Ed was in them market for air suspension, he knew he wanted the best so he chose Airrunner TC-5. This controls dampening adjustment from inside the cabin through the digital controller. Now you can control dampening stiffness as well as car height at the tip of your fingers.
Ed then decided on 19″ Work Schwert SC2 wheels in the black polish. We aren’t quite sure what else he has in store for his IS, but whatever it is, we can’t wait!
SSR’s latest addition to their Vienna line is the Kairos. It is a 2 piece wheel offered in 18″ – 21″ with a super low disk option for those not having to clear big brakes to give maximum lip possible. In 18″ and 19″, widths are available in 7.5″ – 10″ and in 20″ they go from 7.5″ to a massive 13″ wide. The 21″ widths are available in 7.5″ – 11.5″. All offered in a wide range of offsets for custom specs and fitment without the 3 piece wheel price tag. Standard finishes are titan silver, silver polish, and black bronze. If you have any questions or would like some more info on this SSR wheel or any other wheels, please contact us at 480-921-2995 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our good friend and customer Matt waited about 5 months to get his Work Varianza T1s wheels. The wait was worth every second after we got these bad boys mounted on the car. Next up after the holidays is coilovers so we can slam this thing. He is riding on lowering springs for the time being. Fitment is pretty much in between conservative and semi-aggressive. Matt wanted step lip so that limited the fitment to doing 9′s and 10′s for widths. Final specs ended up being 19×9 +35mm and 19×10 +35mm with 225/35/19 and 245/35/19 Vredestein tires. The finish is called Black Polish which looks killer on this Black IS250. Black Polish has a polished/machined metal finish on the face of the spokes and the inside of the spokes are gloss black. We’ll see how things look after the coilover install, but we might want to add some spacers to get the “HellaFlush” look on this IS250. Stay tuned for updates on Matt’s car!
