Shipping and Returns

All products are shipped out from one of the Kyoei USA shipping locations. Kyoei USA can drop ship products or ship from our warehouse directly. All products are shipped via either USPS, UPS or FedEx. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages. In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. Any damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Kyoei USA within 5 days of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not be able to be a candidate for the insurance claim.

  • Take pictures of the damaged product and email them to us at info@kyoei-usa.com
  • Keep the product, original packaging and box
  • Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
  • Kyoei USA will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup, DO NOT send it back to us
  • Once the product is picked up and inspected by shipping company, a replacement will be sent.

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 35% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be returned must be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the Kyoei USA warehouse require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures. Fedex, UPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to Kyoei USA or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 35% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file.


In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Kyoei USA, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.

To return an item back to us, please do the following:

  • Contact our Customer Service Department to receive a RMA number. All packages returned without a Returned Merchandise Authorization number will be refused.
  • Package the item up in original packaging unless deemed unusable
  • Include the UNUSED parts and any additional information that was included
  • Include a copy of your receipt
  • Write a brief description of the problem with the product
  • If you have a receipt for the return shipping include as well
  • We DO NOT except any freight collect packages
  • Once we have received the above information we will notify you via email or phone and let you know the status.


Terms & Conditions
Note: Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. Kyoei USA LLC or Kyoei-USA.com holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.

Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customers vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is received and the customer is notified, they agree to order the special order item and the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.

Payment Terms
Kyoei USA accepts Visa and Mastercard, Paypal payments, Cashier Checks, and Money Orders, with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. Orders paid for with Cashiers Checks or Money Orders will be held and product will not be shipped out until the funds clear in our bank account. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.

All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Kyoei USA does not offer any of their own warranties and we are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for off-road use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. The warranty should be handled by the customer and the manufacturer directly, not thru Kyoei USA.

Note: By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing.

Used Parts
Any used parts sold by Kyoei USA are sold AS IS.  There are no refunds, exchanges or returns for used parts purchased thru Kyoei USA.  It is the customer's responsibility to research and inspect any used parts before making a decision to buy.

Credit card and Payment Companies:
When you buy something from us we send your credit card or payment information, name, billing address and the amount of your purchase to your credit card or payment company to verify and authorize the purchase. Your name, telephone number and shipping information must be provided to third party shippers such as UPS, Federal Express and the United States Postal Service to deliver your purchase.

Law Enforcement and Protection of Users:
We will release personally identifiable information to third parties and organizations when we believe it is appropriate for us to do so to comply with the law. We will also do so to cooperate with law enforcement investigations, comply with court orders or subpoenas, protect the legal rights of us and our users, or when we believe it is needed for fraud protection and/ or credit risk reduction.
